Kyle Bailey (born October 15, 1986) is a Canadian ice hockey player. He is currently playing with Alba Volán Székesfehérvár in the Austrian Hockey League. He was selected by the Minnesota Wild in the 4th round (110th overall) of the 2005 NHL Entry Draft.

Amateur career[]

Bailey played major junior hockey in the Western Hockey League (WHL) with the Portland Winterhawks and Lethbridge Hurricanes, scoring 65 goals and 88 assists for 153 points, while earning 160 penalty minutes, in 263 games played. He went on to play five seasons of Canadian college hockey (2007 – 2012) with the University of New Brunswick in the AUS conference of Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS). For his outstanding college hockey play he was named to the 2010–11 CIS All-Tournament Team,[1] and was honoured to receive the 2011–12 Dr. Randy Gregg Award as the CIS Outstanding student-athlete.[2]
