Lukas Reichel (born on May 17, 2002) is a German professional ice hockey left winger for the Chicago Blackhawks of the National Hockey League (NHL).

Reichel was drafted 17th overall by the Blackhawks in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft.

Playing Career[]

As a youth, Lukas played in the German Development League (DNL) with Starbulls Rosenheim and within the Eisbären Berlin organization.

He made his debut in the Deutsche Eishockey Liga (DEL) with Eisbären Berlin during the 2019–20 season.

On June 9, 2021, Lukas was signed to a three-year, entry-level contract with the Chicago Blackhawks.

Personal Life[]

Lukas is the son of Czech-German hockey star Martin Reichel, and the nephew of former NHL center and Olympic gold medal winner Robert Reichel.
