Neil Lyseng (born September 26, 1955) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player. He was selected by the Kansas City Scouts in the 3rd round (38th overall) of the 1975 NHL Amateur Draft, and was also drafted by the Phoenix Roadrunners in the 2nd round (23rd overall) of the 1975 WHA Amateur Draft.
Lyseng played the 1975–76 season with the Tucson Mavericks and the 1976–77 season with the Oklahoma City Blazers, both of the Central Hockey League (CHL). As a professional he scored 31 goals and 45 assists for 76 points, while earning 171 penalty minutes, in 142 CHL games played.
