Pheonix Copley (born on January 18, 1992) is an American professional ice hockey goaltender who currently plays for the Chicago Wolves of the American Hockey League (AHL).

Playing CareerEdit

Pheonix previously played for the Corpus Christi IceRays of the NAHL and the Tri-City Storm & the Des Moines Buccaneers in the USHL.

For two seasons, he played hockey for Michigan Tech and later went on to play in the ECHL for the South Carolina Stingrays.

By 2014, Pheonix was signed to the Washington Capitals organization where he played for their AHL affliate, the Hershey Bears.

On July 2, 2015, he was traded to the St. Louis Blues along with Troy Brouwer and a third round pick in the 2016 NHL Entry Draft (Garrett Pilon) in exchange for T.J. Oshie.

Throughout the 2015-16 season, Pheonix played for the Chicago Wolves. On February 27, 2016, Pheonix made his National Hockey League (NHL) debut with the St. Louis Blues, but was later sent back to the Wolves.

Personal LifeEdit

Pheonix's older brother, Navarone played hockey as well in the WSHL and the NAHL.
